Every now and again, I go into full self-reflection mode.
Ask myself the big what and why questions. Why am I in business? What am I hoping to achieve?
Making corporate videos for a living to deliver important messages for my clients is what my business is all about.
So that’s a pretty obvious what.
And the answer to the why question also seems obvious. Helping clients succeed and grow their businesses.
But actually it’s more than that. Way more.
I want to build a relationship with my clients.
Relationships are the foundation stones for the world we live in. Relationships with family, with friends, with a partner. And no less importantly, in business.
They are instrumental in making us who we are.
It’s the same with doing business.
I want to do more than provide videos to a client. I want them to have on- going service, I want to build relationships. I want them to trust me, to know I have their back, to tell me when I’ve got it wrong so I can make it right.
I am there for them. I want to grow with them. They can rely on me for advice and support, I’m interested in their best interests and not just my self-interest.
Pick up the phone. Send me an email. Let’s build something together.
